Response Table

Below the summary cards on the results page, every response is shown as a row in a table, with columns for each field and a timestamp. New responses appear automatically as they come in.

How it works

Each row represents one submission. Columns are based on your form fields, with a field type icon next to each column header, so you see:

  • The date and time of the submission
  • The value for each field — text answers, selected options, ratings, etc.

Each row has a More menu (three-dot icon) next to the date with options to view the response in a full-form preview or delete it.

When the table is useful

The response table is best when you need to:

  • Look at individual responses — see exactly what one person submitted
  • Scan across fields — compare how different people answered the same questions
  • Find specific submissions — browse chronologically to find a particular response
