The web lost its personality. Your forms can bring it back. Craft delightful forms & surveys people love to fill.
Hello world. Meet FormGrid.
Founder's note
We started working on FormGrid because the modern web began to feel too sanitized. The same templates everywhere, clean, safe, polished – and completely lifeless.
We wanted to build something with a bit more room to play. More freedom in how things look, more flexibility in how they work.

Forms with personality, no assembly required.
The form builder that actually builds. And designs. And does math.
Step 1: Describe what you need, for example:
Got an idea for a cool form? Try it yourself .
Step 2: FormGrid builds a unique form for you
The whole thing – questions, design, logic, the works.
Step 3: Profit Tweak it or hit publish
Make changes or share it as-is via a link, website embed, or popup.
Want to take over? You'll like the editor.
Quick edits or deep customization. The rabbit hole goes as far as you want.
Write it like a doc.
Write naturally, with less clicking around. Use slash commands and Markdown.
Put things where you want them.
Place anything anywhere on a flexible grid.
Go full designer mode.
Tweak every detail till it feels just right.
“ I wanted something completely different from Google Forms. I LOVE the site and the form I created is incredible. ”— Kevin Farnsworth
Pretty smart, not just pretty.
Logic lives right inside the form, not hidden in a separate panel.
If this, ask that
Show or hide follow-up questions based on earlier answers.
Repeat yourself, productively
Add extra fields as needed.
Remember what they said
Reuse answers anywhere else in the form.
Do the math
Totals, scores, prices. Let the form handle it (it's faster and less embarrassing).
As many responses as you need, for free.
Unlimited and easy to work with, no paywalls. Go viral if you want.
Table for details
Read every response one by one, with full context.
Charts for the big picture
Get a quick visual summary. Share it publicly with a link.
Other neat stuff under the hood.
The less-sexy-but-still-important bits.
What we've been working on lately
FormGrid is bootstrapped and built by a team of three.
If you send us feedback, it goes straight to one of the people working on the app (usually Björn), not a support queue.
Our roadmap begins in our inbox.
TL;DR
The web lost its personality.
Some of it is hiding behind this button.
