The web lost its personality. We want to bring it back.
Built by a team that has been making software for teams for over a decade.
About FormGrid
FormGrid is made by a small, independent team in Germany. It's not our first product: we've been building and running software for teams for over a decade, and companies have trusted us with their work that whole time.
We started FormGrid because the modern web began to feel too sanitized. Same safe, boring, predictable patterns everywhere. Like walking through IKEA showrooms: nicely put together but soulless.
We missed the early web: GeoCities sites, old Tumblr pages, ASCII art, loud colors, custom cursors. It was messy but it felt personal.
We wanted to build something with more room for self-expression, and forms felt like the right place to start. They're everywhere, everyone needs them, and almost no one has tried to make them interesting. So we did.
A form is often the first thing your customers see of you, so it should look like you. But it also has to work every single time, on every device, without losing a single response. We take both halves of that seriously.

“ 11/10 - exceptional product, generous limits, incredibly helpful founders. Reminded me of a time when the internet wasn't completely commoditised and was actually a place for things built with love. ”— Gaurav Sood, Co-founder at Circe (read full review)
How we do things.
Your data stays in the EU.
All form data is stored on servers in the EU and encrypted at rest. You can export everything at any time, and delete it for good just as easily. Here's how we keep it safe.
Independent by choice.
No investors, no outside pressure, no acquisition to plan for. We're funded by the people who use FormGrid, which means we're still here in five years, building the same product.
We answer, personally.
Every message reaches the team that writes the code, not a ticket queue. We read and reply to all of them, and never let good suggestions sit in the backlog.

And if you ❤️ FormGrid...
It would mean a lot to us if you left a short review. Anyone deciding whether FormGrid is right for them learns more from you than from anything we write ourselves.
