That said, we need to keep things running smoothly for everyone. If your usage is putting serious pressure on our infrastructure, we'll reach out to chat about a custom plan. Learn more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no questions asked. When you cancel, you'll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and all your forms and responses stay intact.
