FormGrid comes with generous limits: unlimited responses, file uploads, and more. We want you to build forms without worrying about hitting a wall.

That said, we need to keep things running smoothly for everyone. If your usage is putting serious pressure on our infrastructure, we’ll reach out to chat about a custom plan. No surprises, no sudden shutoffs — just a conversation.

What counts as heavy usage?

• Over 50,000 form responses per month
• File uploads exceeding 100 GB/month or 500 GB total storage

The occasional spike? Totally fine. Life happens, forms go viral, we get it. But if you’re consistently blowing past these numbers for several months in a row, it’s probably time to talk about a plan that matches your scale.

AI usage

All plans include AI-powered form building. Free plans have a monthly AI usage allowance that’s plenty for most users. Paid plans include much higher limits that we don’t expect most users to reach. If you do hit a limit, we’ll let you know — you’ll never be charged unexpectedly.
