Refund Policy
FormGrid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. After cancelling, you’ll continue to have access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing cycle.
How to cancel your subscription
- Go to your Team settings
- Open the Plans & billing section
- Cancel your subscription
14-day refund window
You can request a refund for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us from the email address associated with your FormGrid account, and include your invoice number or the date of the purchase.
These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer protection laws.
No-refund policy
After the 14-day refund window has passed, we do not provide refunds for reasons such as:
- Forgetting to cancel your subscription before renewal
- Unused time on your subscription
- Change of mind
- Wanting to try paid features (you can evaluate most of the product on our free plan before upgrading)
Exceptions
We may provide a refund if you’re unable to use or access FormGrid for a prolonged period due to a technical issue on our end. In that case, please contact us within a reasonable period of time.
