Delete Your Account

If you need to delete your FormGrid account, you can do it from your account settings. Please read this carefully — account deletion is permanent.

How to delete your account

1. Go to your Account settings
2. Scroll down to the Deletion section
3. Click the delete option
4. Read the confirmation dialog — it explains what will be deleted
5. Optionally, leave feedback about why you’re leaving
6. Confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

When you delete your account:

• Your profile and personal data are removed
• Your forms and their responses are deleted
• Your integrations are disconnected
• Your API keys are revoked

What you can’t undo

Account deletion is permanent. There’s no way to recover a deleted account or its data. If you think you might want your data later, export your responses before deleting.

Team considerations

If you’re the owner of a team, you’ll need to transfer ownership to another member before you can delete your account. You can’t delete the last remaining member of a team that has active data.
