Create an Account

Getting started with FormGrid takes about 30 seconds. You can sign up with Google or create an account with your email.

Sign up with Google

1. Click Continue with Google on the signup page
2. Choose your Google account
3. You’re in — your name and email are pulled from your Google profile

Sign up with email

1. Click Continue with email on the signup page
2. Enter your email address — we’ll check that it’s available in real time
3. Choose a password (6–48 characters)
4. Click Continue

Joining via team invite

If someone invited you to their team, you’ll receive an email with a join link. Click it and you’ll be guided through creating an account (or linking your existing one) and landing directly in the team workspace. When signing up via a team invite, you’ll also be asked for your first name and last name.

What happens next

After signing up, you land in the app and can start building forms right away. Check out Get Started with FormGrid to get going.
