Manage Billing and Payments

You can manage your subscription and payment details from your team settings. You need to be an owner or admin to view or change billing settings.

Where to find billing settings

Go to your Team settings and open the Plans & billing section. Here you can see your current plan and next billing date.

What you can do

  • View billing history — see past invoices and payments
  • Change plan — upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing interval
  • Edit payment method — update your card or payment details
  • Manage billing — open the billing portal to update invoice information, view receipts, and more

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to your Team settings
  2. Open the Plans & billing section
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. Confirm the cancellation

After cancelling, you’ll continue to have access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Undo a cancellation

Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation before your billing cycle ends. Go to Plans & billing and click Undo cancellation to keep your current plan.
