Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
You need to be an owner or admin to change plans. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades — including switching from yearly to monthly billing — are only possible towards the end of your billing period, since the current period has already been paid for.
How to change your plan
- Go to your Team settings
- Open the Plans & billing section
- Click Change plan
- Select a new plan or billing interval
- Confirm the change
Upgrading
When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the features included in your new plan.
Downgrading to Free
To downgrade to the Free plan, cancel your subscription. When the cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle, the following changes apply:
- All team members except the owner are removed
- All pending invites are deleted
- Multiple workspaces are consolidated into a single workspace
- FormGrid branding is restored on all forms
- Custom link settings (social preview title, description, etc.) are removed
