Plans and Pricing
FormGrid offers three plans: Free, Plus, and Business. The Free plan includes everything you need to build and publish forms. Paid plans add collaboration, workspaces, version history, and more.

Billing intervals
Paid plans are available with monthly or yearly billing. Upgrades — such as switching to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing — take effect immediately. Downgrades — such as switching from Business to Plus or from yearly to monthly — are only possible towards the end of your billing period, since the current period has already been paid for.
How to upgrade
- Go to your Team settings
- Open the Plans & billing section
- Select the plan you’d like to upgrade to
- Complete the payment process
