Responses Overview

Every time someone submits your form, their response shows up in the Results tab. Here’s how to navigate it.

Finding responses

Open any form and click the Results tab at the top. You’ll see a summary dashboard followed by a response table, with the total response count at the bottom.

How the results page works

The results page shows two sections together on a single page:

Summary cards

A visual summary with charts and graphs for each field. Great for spotting patterns and getting a quick overview. See Summary Cards for details on each visualization.

Response table

A chronological table of every individual response below the summary cards, with columns for each field. See Response Table for details.

What you can do with responses

  • View individual responses — open any response in a full-form preview. See Response Viewer
  • Analyze — look at aggregate data with charts and summary cards
  • Export — download as CSV or Microsoft Excel for further analysis. See Export Responses
  • Share — make results publicly accessible. See Share Results Publicly
  • Get notified — receive an email for each new submission. See Email Notifications
  • Delete — remove individual responses. See Delete Responses

Live updates

The Results tab shows a response counter that updates in real time as new submissions come in. When you have the results page open, new responses appear automatically in the summary cards and response table without reloading.

For syncing responses to external tools, connect your form to Google Sheets or set up a webhook.
