Delete Responses

Sometimes you need to remove a response — maybe it’s a test submission, spam, or a duplicate. You can delete individual responses from the results page.

How to delete a response

1. Open your form and go to the Results tab
2. In the response table, find the row you want to delete
3. Click the More menu (three-dot icon) on that row and select Delete
4. Click Delete forever in the confirmation dialog

Important: deletion is permanent

Deleted responses can’t be recovered. The confirmation dialog warns that this action cannot be undone. If you’re unsure, consider exporting your responses first as a backup.

Tips

• Use delete for test submissions, spam, or obvious duplicates
• Export your data before doing a cleanup pass — just in case
• Deleting a response updates the summary cards and response count immediately
