Share Results Publicly

Want to share your results with others — stakeholders, participants, or the public? You can make your response data publicly accessible with a toggle.

How to share results

  1. Open your form and go to the Results tab
  2. Click the More menu (the three-dot icon) and select Share…
  3. In the dialog that opens, toggle the status from Private to Shared
  4. Copy the generated link

Anyone with that link can view your response data — the same charts and summaries you see, without needing a FormGrid account.

What’s shared

The public results page shows the same summary cards that you see — aggregate charts and visualizations for each field.

Turning it off

Toggle the status back to Private and the link stops working immediately.
