Response Viewer

The response viewer lets you open any individual response and see it displayed in the original form layout — exactly as the person filled it out.

How to open the response viewer

1. Open your form and go to the Results tab
2. In the response table, find the row you want to view
3. Click the More menu (three-dot icon) on that row
4. Click View

The response opens in a dialog showing the form with all answers filled in.

Navigating between responses

Once the viewer is open, you can move between responses without closing it:

• Click the left or right arrow buttons to go to the previous or next response
• The label in the header shows which response you’re viewing — for example, Response 3 of 12
• You can also use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate

Closing the viewer

Click the close button in the top-right corner of the dialog to return to the response table.
