Summary Cards
The top of the results page shows a visual breakdown of your responses — one summary card per field, each with the right visualization for that field type.
Visualizations by field type
Different field types get different charts:

Reading the summary cards
Each card shows the field’s question/label at the top, followed by its visualization. You can quickly scan through all cards to understand your data at a glance.
For text-based fields, responses are paginated — click through pages to see more individual responses.
When summary cards are useful
- Quick overviews — see patterns without digging into individual responses
- Sharing insights — the visual format is easy to understand at a glance
- Spotting trends — charts make it obvious which options are popular or how ratings distribute
