Signature

The signature field lets respondents draw their signature directly on screen — useful for contracts, consent forms, or any document that needs a personal sign-off.

Adding a signature field

• Click the + button between blocks, or
• Type /signature and select Signature from the list

Settings

• Required — make the signature mandatory before submitting

How it works for respondents

Respondents see a signature pad where they can draw using their mouse, finger, or stylus. They can clear and redo their signature before submitting.

When the form is submitted, the signature is stored as an image.

Tips

• Great for agreements, waivers, consent forms, or delivery confirmations
• Works on both desktop and mobile — touch input is fully supported
• Pair with a required toggle to make sure respondents don’t skip it
