Version History
Version history lets you keep track of changes and restore previous versions of your forms. It’s available on the Plus plan and above.
View version history
- Open the form in the editor
- Open the more menu (three-dot icon) in the toolbar and select View history
A panel will appear showing a list of previous versions. Each version shows when it was saved and who made the changes.
Restore a previous version
Click Restore next to any version to revert your form to that point in time. You need to have editor access in the workspace to restore a version.
Retention
How long versions are kept depends on your plan:
- Plus — version history retained for up to 30 days
- Business — version history retained for up to 90 days
