Version History

Version history lets you keep track of changes and restore previous versions of your forms. It’s available on the Plus plan and above.

View version history

  1. Open the form in the editor
  2. Open the more menu (three-dot icon) in the toolbar and select View history

A panel will appear showing a list of previous versions. Each version shows when it was saved and who made the changes.

Restore a previous version

Click Restore next to any version to revert your form to that point in time. You need to have editor access in the workspace to restore a version.

Retention

How long versions are kept depends on your plan:

  • Plus — version history retained for up to 30 days
  • Business — version history retained for up to 90 days
