Custom End Page

After someone submits your form, they see a confirmation page. By default, it’s a simple checkmark animation with “Thank you for completing this form!” — but you can replace it with your own custom end page.

Creating a custom end page

  1. Type /success or click the + button and select Success page from the Layout section
  2. Everything you add after the end page marker becomes your custom confirmation page
  3. Add headings, text, images — whatever you want respondents to see after submitting

What you can include

The end page supports all content blocks:

  • Headings — a big “Thank you!” or “We got your response!”
  • Paragraphs — additional context, next steps, or a friendly message
  • Images — your logo, a celebratory graphic, or anything else
  • Links — link to your website, social media, or a follow-up resource

Redirecting after submission

If you want to redirect respondents to an external URL after they submit — like a scheduling page or your website — use Success redirect from the Layout section of the insert menu. It’s a shortcut that creates a success page with an Open website redirect block already inside. You can include @ references in the URL to pass form data as query parameters.

Default end page

If you don’t add a custom end page, respondents see the default FormGrid confirmation with a checkmark animation and a thank-you message. It’s clean and works just fine — the custom end page is optional.

Tips

  • Keep it brief — respondents have already done their job, don’t overwhelm them
  • Include next steps if relevant (“We’ll get back to you within 24 hours”)
  • Add your branding for a polished touch
