Delete a Form

Deleting a form is permanent — once it’s gone, you can’t bring it back. All responses collected by the form are also permanently deleted.

How to delete a form

1. Click the three-dot menu icon next to the form — either in the sidebar or in the form header
2. Select Delete from the menu
3. A confirmation dialog appears: “Delete form [form name] forever? You can’t undo this action.”
4. Click Delete forever to confirm, or Cancel to go back

Once deleted, you’ll see a notification confirming the form has been deleted forever.
