Add Images

Images can make your forms more engaging and help provide visual context. Add them anywhere in your form — between fields, at the top as a header, or on your custom end page.

Adding an image

• Click the + button on a block and select Image, or
• Type /image to insert an image block

You’ll be prompted to upload a file from your device. Select your image and it’ll appear right in the form.

Crop an image

Right-click any image in your form and select Crop to reframe it. Drag the crop box to pick the region you want, then click Save.

The full original is kept behind the scenes, so opening Crop again later reloads the un-cropped image with your previous selection pre-highlighted. Adjust the region and save without re-uploading.

Crop is available for PNG, JPEG, and WebP images.

Supported formats

Common image formats are supported, including JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP.

Tips

• Use images to add branding or logos at the top of your form
• Add instructional images between fields if respondents need visual guidance
• Keep file sizes reasonable for faster form loading
