Add Images

Images can make your forms more engaging and help provide visual context. Add them anywhere in your form — between fields, at the top as a header, or on your custom end page.

Adding an image

• Click the + button on a block and select Image, or
• Type /image to insert an image block

You’ll be prompted to upload a file from your device. Select your image and it’ll appear right in the form.

Supported formats

Common image formats are supported, including JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP.

Tips

• Use images to add branding or logos at the top of your form
• Add instructional images between fields if respondents need visual guidance
• Keep file sizes reasonable for faster form loading
