Invite people to your team to collaborate on forms together. Collaboration is available on the Plus plan and above.
Who can invite
You need to be an owner or admin to invite new team members.
Invite methods
Invite link
Share your team’s invite link with anyone you’d like to join. Anyone with the link can use it to join your team.
Email invites
Send invite emails directly from FormGrid. Enter one or more email addresses and we’ll send each person an invitation to join your team.
What happens when someone joins
When someone accepts an invite, they join your team and can access public workspaces. If they don’t have a FormGrid account yet, they’ll be guided through creating one.
